How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is easy. You can use our online shop by browsing the website and adding the chairs or stools you require to your basket.
You can also call 01535 602141 and speak to one of our team.
If you are a government organisation such as a school, university or hospital, we accept purchase orders.
Payment
The shop accepts debit and credit cards. If you would prefer to pay by bacs, give the office a call and they will email a proforma to you which will include our bank details to allow payment.
Delivery
Orders are usually delivered approx 5 to 10 working days from order.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, there is a no return policy. However, if your chair develops a fault within 5 years of purchase we will look to fix the issue.
