Description

The PU516 is a desk-height cleanroom stool with a moulded polyurethane seat — a compact, backless seat for seated positions in controlled environments around 720–750 mm. Purchased over 1,254 times to date.

Cleanroom seating has a solid, sealed seat with no fabric to shed particles, and is built to survive routine wipe-down and decontamination. A stool suits short, frequent tasks and tight spaces; where operators sit for longer spells, a cleanroom chair such as the 402 is the better specification. Care

The moulded polyurethane seat wipes clean and tolerates routine cleaning agents. No fabric, no seams, nothing to trap particles.

Feet or castors

Feet and castor options are selectable above. Castors carry a price uplift — soft-tyre castors are recommended for hard or vinyl flooring, and lock-off or lock-down castors hold the chair in position where it must not move.
