Description

The 002 is the desk-height version of our Deluxe polyurethane lab chair — the same wipe-clean PU seat and backrest as the 001, on a shorter gas lift for seated benches and desks around 720–750 mm. Purchased over 937 times to date.

Specify the 002 for seated work in wet or busy labs where upholstery would not last. For a standing bench around 900 mm you need the bench-height 001; if seat comfort matters more than wash-down, see the upholstered 006. The lab chair height guide confirms the fit.

Seat

A moulded polyurethane seat — solid, seam-free and wipe-clean. It tolerates routine laboratory cleaning agents and shrugs off knocks, spills and daily wash-down, which is why PU is the default choice for busy shared benches.

Feet or castors

Feet and castor options are selectable above. Castors carry a price uplift — soft-tyre castors are recommended for hard or vinyl flooring, and lock-off or lock-down castors hold the chair in position where it must not move.
